We construct each item using carefully selected materials and subject it to multiple stages of quality inspection before it reaches your home or workspace. line with our dedication to customer satisfaction, we offer a limited warranty that covers specific types of defects and ensures long-term support in case of qualifying issues.


What’s Covered

  • Residential Use: Enjoy peace of mind with 10-year coverage on all structural components made from metal or solid wood. For soft components—such as threading, piping, buttons, rubber parts, and adhesives—we provide a 1-year warranty.

  • Commercial Use: For offices, hotels, or cafés, Moirea offers 1-year structural coverage on metal or solid wood parts. Soft components are not covered under commercial use.

 

What’s Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover materials naturally subject to wear or variation, including marble, leather, fabric, paint, veneer, foam, plywood, or fiberglass. Exclusions also apply to:

  • Damage due to improper use, neglect, abuse, or lack of maintenance

  • Exposure to sunlight, water, or weather (outdoor use voids warranty unless specified)

  • Pet damage, accidents, or natural events such as flooding, fire, or wind

  • Normal compression of cushion fillings, fabric fading, or any wear considered a result of regular use

  • Products resold or relocated outside mainland US or Canada

 

Our Promise to You

If you experience an issue covered by our warranty, Moirea will provide replacement parts at no cost (lead time: 8–14 weeks). For soft component concerns, we may approve and reimburse local repairs with advance approval and proper documentation. For commercial customers, any repair or replacement will be at Moirea’s discretion, with labor or shipping costs covered by the customer.

All implied warranties—including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose—are limited to the duration of this warranty. Moirea’s liability is capped at the purchase price of the product. Incidental or consequential damages are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. This warranty is non-transferable.
